If you are a new user of Business eBanking or this specific module, you can get help with your first logon on this page.

If you have received a PIN from National Irish Bank, you must use this PIN to identify yourself upon your first logon to electronic services.

After you log on, you must choose the password you will use to log on in the future.

Log on as new user

The PIN is used only the first time you log on. Afterwards, you will use the password you have chosen. Destroy the printed PIN after you have used it.

Password

The password you choose must be 8-16 characters long. You may use both letters and numerals. Try to use a nonsense word with random characters rather than a word someone might guess such as your address, birthday or other personal information.

Downloading security component

The first time you log on, it will take longer than usual because security software must be downloaded. The time ranges from 2 to 15 minutes, depending on your modem speed.
