There are a range of documents required to set up your business accounts. In addition there are documents that should be updated regularly as the circumstances of your business change. For convenience, we have listed some of the more commonly used forms in the table below. These forms can be downloaded in pdf format by clicking on the link.

Mandates
A Mandate is the customers written authority to the Bank to accept their instructions as to how they wish to operate the account . It is imperative your Mandate is kept up to date and that we are advised of any changes.

Individual / Sole Trader / Joint Account –
  • Mandate for Individuals/ Sole Traders / Joint Accounts when Opening New Accounts (Once completed this will supercede any previous Mandate held)
  • Mandate for Individuals / Sole Traders / Joint Accounts when Changing Mandate Details . Please note that all signatories must sign this
  • Mandate for Individuals – Authority to allow 3rd Party operate account on behalf of the Account Holder (s)
Partnership -
  • Mandate for Partnership when Opening New Accounts (Once completed this will supercede any previous Mandate held)
  • Mandate for Partnership when Changing Mandate details. Please note that all signatories must sign this
Limited Company -
  • Mandate for Company when Opening New or Additional Accounts (Once completed this will supercede any previous Mandate held). To help you in completing the Mandate we have prepared this guide.

Signature Cards
These are used in order to provide the Bank with specimen signatures. Each mandate holder should complete one form (i.e. 2 signatures each). Please note this is the correct form even through it makes reference to Personal Customer.
Fax & Email Indemnity
This allows you to send fax and email instructions to us to act upon and allows us to communicate via email with you
"How we use personal Information" Form
This document includes such details as marketing preferences, permission to communicate via email etc. The 'Marketing Preferences' section of this document must be completed for it to be valid
